ACCRA, Sept 10 (The African Portal) – The Chairperson of the African Union Commission, Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, has condemned the terrorist attack against the village of Ntoyo, in the Bapere sector, North Kivu Province of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
The attack, carried out on the nights of September 8-9, this year, by the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) rebels claimed the lives of at least 71 innocent people.
